Acceptance
By using AFROCYPHER you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What the service is
AFROCYPHER is a curated showcase of African artwork NFTs with live market data. Token purchases are completed on OpenSea under OpenSea’s terms — we are not a party to those transactions and do not take custody of crypto assets or tokens. For physical-backed works, owners may request delivery of the accompanying real-world piece through their account.
Accounts
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Staff roles and capabilities are granted at our discretion.
Memberships & billing
Paid memberships (Artist, Curator) are billed as recurring subscriptions through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and capabilities end when the subscription lapses, while content you already published remains live. Fees and any refund terms are as presented at checkout.
Member content & conduct
Artists and curators are responsible for the works, profiles, galleries, and comments they publish, and must have the rights to do so. Don’t post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
Artwork and related rights belong to their respective creators and owners. The AFROCYPHER name, design, and site content are ours or our licensors’.
Third parties
The site links to and relies on third parties (OpenSea, Stripe, Supabase, Resend). We aren’t responsible for their services, availability, or content.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. NFTs and crypto assets are volatile and risky; nothing here is financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or transactions you make on OpenSea.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
